Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is HK$20. Large orders may be eligible for discounts.

What should I do to ensure a damaged item can be replaced?

When you receive your item, please record a video while unboxing. If you discover any damage, contact us within 24 hours with the video and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Order Process

Before You Place Your Order
Before placing an order, feel free to contact us to obtain the necessary 3D printing information. Our team will provide you with professional guidance. Also, prepare your 3D model file and ensure it meets our format requirements and its integrity and accuracy are double-checked.
Getting a Quotation
When your model file is ready, you can place your order. Send us the file along with details such as the printing quantity, preferred materials and any other special requirements. After receiving your order, we'll review your model carefully and then offer you a detailed quotation that lists all the costs.
Confirming Your Order and Making Payment
After receiving the quotation, take some time to review the order details. If you're satisfied with everything, confirm the order and make the payment as per the regulations stated in the quotation.
Production and Post-Processing of your prints
Once your payment is confirmed, our production team will start working immediately. We'll choose the most appropriate 3D printers, prepare the required materials and set the best parameters. During the printing process, our technicians will closely monitor it to quickly deal with any possible problems. After the printing is completed, we'll conduct a series of post-processing steps like removing supports and sanding when necessary to improve the quality and appearance of your models.
Quality Check, Packaging, and Shipping
Before your 3D prints are shipped out, they will undergo a strict quality inspection. If any defects are found, we'll rework them until they meet our standards. Besides, we'll take pictures of the finished products and send them to you for final confirmation. Once you approve, we'll carefully package your items with suitable materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Then, we'll cooperate with a reliable logistics company to send your order and provide you with the tracking information so that you can monitor its delivery process.
Receiving Your Order and Giving Feedback
Wait for your package to arrive or be at the appointed time/place for scheduled delivery. Check the packaging and products when received, and give us positive feedback if satisfied or let us know if there are issues.
